About the Corporate Finance division:
The Corporate Finance division, with its focus on enhancing value creation,specializes in offering a combination of advisory services and customizedstructured products for customers' specific and complex requirements. Itcomprises industry experts having a proven track record across sectors andproducts. The division works with the relationship management teams –Corporate & Institutional Banking and Emerging Corporates Banking, incontinuously striving to satisfy and exceed client expectations through either vanilla term loans or structured funding solutions, and specialized advisory solutions
The division comprises four sub groups:
1. The Realty Banking group,
2. FinancialRestructuring Unit,
3. Project Advisory & Syndication
4. Infrastructurebanking & Project finance group.
*Infrastructure Banking & Project Finance Group *–
With its sectoralexpertise, the group offers specialized services in infrastructure & projectfinance across various infrastructure and other sectors including agri & social infrastructure. The group has several stellar transactions to itscredit with some of the best names in the industry like the Adani Group (Rs.1.5 bn non-fund assistance), Reliance ADAG (Rs. 900mn to Big Radio), SpiceCommunications (Rs. 1 bn), Jaiprakash Hydropower, Pratibha Shipping, etc. The group financed around Rs. 10 bn of funded assets in FY07, in addition tonon-fund assets. The group consists of 12 dynamic professionals, all top graduates withdiverse experience in the infrastructure and project financing domain. *Requirements*:
1. One MBA/CA with 0-2 years experience. Experience with infrastructure & project finance institutions like ICICI, IDFC, IDBI, IL&FS, PFC, Feedback Ventures, SREI etc will be preferred. Candidates without relevant banking experience will need to be MBAs from top institutions, ambitious, fast learners, and desire a long term fast-track career in banking.The successful candidate will be required to begin with assisting creditevaluations (which includes financial modeling and business evaluation),portfolio management, deal structuring & execution, contributing toknowledge development and gradually taking over greater responsibilities ofclient management and business development.
2. Two MBAs/ CAs with 2-4 years experience. Experience with infrastructure & project finance institutions like ICICI, IDFC, IDBI, IL&FS, PFC, Feedback Ventures, SREI etc will be preferredCandidates will be required to handle credit evaluations (which includesfinancial modeling and business evaluation), portfolio management, dealstructuring & execution, client management and business development
