- Should have experience in Production/ Operation, Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning, Construction/ Project, Inspection, EHS, TQM & ISO Certifications and General Management with sound understanding of national/ international developments in the industry.
- The over all responsibilities include the business development and organizational development in the long term.

Candidate Profile:
- BTech + MTech (MBA Preferred) with 15 - 20 years in the same industry
- Exposure to Ports/OIL PSU's
- Person started from production background and moved towards commercial and reached to a Unit Head position currently in a similar role in a Process Industry with a turn over of 300 – 500 Crores with people base of about 200 – 500.
- Impressive personality, Entrepreneurial flair and creativity, Leadership demonstration.
- Maintaining the overall budget and stringent corporate governance
