Position : Manager Business Analytics

Reporting to: Director

Job Summary:

Responsible for data collation, report preparation, data analysis and providing insight on company performance through investigating key performance issues, strategic guidance, advice and support to the business units. This is an analytical cum commercial role and you must be able to evidence where you have previously made advancements for a business, with a proven track record in marketing & business analytics for consumer/retail/internet business. The key contributions shall be in the areas of gathering business inputs, report preparation, data analysis, understanding business problems & recommending solutions, data modeling, data organization & storage.


This role will focus on

Collating and integration of data from multiple sources and ensuring data integrity
Deep drill down analysis of key business problems
Detailed analysis of data & reports to support business initiatives, to provide data driven business insights leading to fundamental improvements and help creating solutions for:

Customer Life Cycle management
Acquisition
Usage , Retention'
Segmentation
Product Mix
Pricing & Margins
Finance
Learning & Development etc
