Key Job requirements / profile -
• The candidate will report to the Head- CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Excellent knowledge of SAS
• At least 2 years experience in an Analytics role in a leading organization, preferably an MNC Bank.

JOb profile :Junior Analyst and Senior Analyst:
A. Understand clients' business objectives and strategy to ensure that analysis work is focused on those areas where most value can be added
B.Use SAS software to create meaningful and actionable analysis using transaction, contextual and market research data, enabling clients to develop world leading customer focussed strategies.
C.Initial training in the UK or US (2 months)
D.Organisation is entering a phase of accelerated global growth and our Indian analytics team will havethe opportunity to work on shore in our existing and new markets. Employees are encouraged to take assignments abroad as part of their career progression. Overseas assignme nts vary in length, from periods of 3 months to 2 years.
Qualification:
Minimum of 1 years analytical/ statistical in a business envionment
Strong SAS skills (data manipulation, macros, statistical procedures, etcRelevant analytical experience in the following industries: retail, consumer goods, telecoms, finance, media, pharmaceutical
Exprience -
1 + year for JA and 4+ Year for SA

a.Work with the client team to deliver insights to improve our clients’ understanding of their customers
b.Integration of multiple sources of data
C.Make recommendations using analysis results to be input into client action plans
D.Quality assurance of team member’s work
E.In time, supervising, mentoring and training junior analysts within the team, with potential for line management.

Top B - Schools/ IIT/ REC/MSc Statistics ( ISI) , MA Economics ( DSE / JNU)
