HIRING MANDATE FOR PRIVATE EQUITY – First Round




1. Vice President PE Division



Positions: 2 (Delhi and Mumbai)


Role and Responsibility

VP Delhi and Mumbai will be responsible for setting up the PE business with the Senior VP in their respective territories



VP Delhi will be entrusted with the task of managing sales and structuring and meeting targets in territories of Northern and Eastern India



Similarly, VP Mumbai will be responsible for managing sales and structuring and meeting targets in territories of Western and Southern India


Experience
Successful track record and previous experience in similar role




2. Manager/Executive – Research and Business Development (Delhi and Mumbai)



Positions: 2 (Delhi & Mumbai)


Role and Responsibility

Will be primarily responsible for scoping out market opportunities through research and data gathering to create a robust pipeline of possible clients. Will also be responsible for generating first level interest amongst these clients in the NDTV Offering and will work with senior management team till the closure of the deal.


Experience

3-5 years of experience in a financial services organization/ qualitative research firm in research cum business development. Strong presentation skills and previous business development/ client interface experience are essential.


Education Background
MBA / CFA/ CA




3.Senior Executive Structuring and Finance (Delhi)


Position: 1 (Delhi)


Role and Responsibility

Will be responsible for doing first round financial due diligence on prospective clients/ preparing the initial valuation report of the equity and arriving at the financial structure of the barter arrangement. He/she will also work closely with the merchant bankers/CA firm appointed for independent valuation


Experience

3-5 years of work experience with an Investment Bank/ Merchant Banking Firm/ Private Equity Firm /Accounting firm (E&Y, PWC etc.) in structuring financial deals private placements and IPOs. Sharp financial acumen and proven track record in structuring profit making deals is essential



Education background

CA or MBA Finance from a reputed management institute




4.Relationship Manager



Position: 1(Delhi)


Role and Responsibility

Will be responsible for managing the relationship with the Private Equity clients and co-ordinate with NDTV Media for allocation of inventory as per commitments. Will also coordinate with respective NDTV channels for maximizing brand placement for the client.


Experience

3-4 years of experience in a media planning company/advertising agency/ media company in space selling. Great interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a proven track record in sales and brand management


Education Background
Graduate/Post graduate. Work experience is more relevant.
