Gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications from Business
requirements.
Explaining requirements to the development group and providing functional
understanding, participated in arriving at solutions with the development
team for any implementation problems.
Providing assistance to other departments and aid in the product development
& maintenance.
Campaign Management
Ideation of Campaign,
Data extraction, Campaign execution,
Compliance with Customer Governance & Corporate Branding norms,
Response modeling.
