The Professional: -

- Must have Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering/
Business/Finance /Communications /Marketing/ Information Technology
from Top 25 B-Schools in India/US/UK.
- Should have atleast 14 years of experience in leading IT
Software Services/ Management Consulting/Investme nt banking/VC firms
in India, US, UK or Singapore. Should preferably have experience and
understanding of the Internet Services space.
- Should have excellent experience in M&A, Business and
corporate strategy, Financial and business planning.
- Should have rich experience in Conceptualizing and
successfully executing Strategic Initiatives for large Organizations
resulting in significant organizational growth.
- Should have excellent Relationship Management skills.
- Should be Self-motivated and able to take ownership of issues
and initiatives and should possess excellent communications skills,
both written and verbal.

Job Responsibilities: -

The Professional: -

- Would be responsible for strategizing and executing the
strategy for growing the company's future business for the Online
Services Suite in India.
- Would be reporting to Country Manager of this Top Notch IT
Software MNC.
- Would also advise the company on the potential growth areas
that do not exist as of now and then help operationalize this idea to
translate ideas into business and revenue.
- Would develop and own the medium and long term online and
mobile consumer strategy for a Critical Business Unit in India.
- Would be responsible for detailed strategy work and financial
modeling
- Would create Presentation decks of India strategy
- Would oversee execution of approved strategy elements – both
organic and inorganic.
- Would interact with senior management in India and US
- Would be responsible for conducting Due diligence of target
companies and then be responsible for executing the deal.successfully
- Would Strike and manage alliances and partnerships with
companies and prospective partners in the online and mobile space and
manage relationships.
- Would be responsible for Business Partnership Development
with key identified partners.
- Would perform the Acceptance, Approval and Maintenance of
India strategy Scorecard.
- Would be managing India Advisory/Governance Council.
- Would also perform Integration management of partners.
- The role will transit from largely strategy to corporate
development and alliance management in the next 6 to 18 months.
- Would be involved in key decisions such as partner selection,
deal structuring, build v/s partner v/s buy decisions.
- Would be involved in making decisions in conjunction with
Manager, India Chairman and with Corporate Development and Business
Development in the US Head Quarters for Large business development
and corporate development.
