The professional: -
- Should have a BE/B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech/MCA/ MBA/MS/M.Sc (CS)
preferably from premier institutes with consistently good academic
record.
- Should have 7 to 10 years of work experience in large
consulting, client/project management, professional services business
development/ delivery or relevant management experience.
- Should have experience in Plant Operations, Data Center
Operations, Infrastructure Monitoring, Systems and Network
Services, Metrics and Capacity Planning
- Should have knowledge of Technology Infrastructure, products,
service delivery and processes.
- Should have a proven ability to analyze and leverage metrics
to recommend and implement process changes.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and influencing skills.
- Must have good analytical skills with both process and
customer focus
- Should have strong interpersonal, project management and
organizational skills, along with excellent written communications
skills.
- Should have the ability to work across business and system
groups at all levels.
Job Responsibilities: -
The professional: -
- Would be responsible for the successful identification,
transition, and implementation of Technology Infrastructure service
functions from other Global offices of this MNC to the Bangalore
office.
- Would be responsible for End User Services, Plant Operations,
Data Center Operations, Infrastructure Monitoring, Systems and
Network Services, Metrics and Capacity Planning.
- Would be responsible for determining targeted functions open
for migration to India from existing Global Tech Infra services
catalog
- Will establish and maintain an in depth relationships with
the regional Technology Infrastructure teams in the U.S., Europe and
Asia, as well as the India-based Technology Infrastructure management
team.
- Would be responsible for managing and directing the execution
of the function migration initiatives and the timely delivery of
these functions, high quality implementation and overall program
transparency.
- Would help the partners in other regions by highlighting the
new or better solution to their growth portfolio challenges through
customized solutions and would recommend strategies for continuous
improvement based on industry research and analysis.
