AVP (Private Equity and M&A Practice)
. Experience: 3-5 yrs.
. Preferably MBA with CA or Engg.

. Job Description -
* Assisting clients in PE/VC placements.
* Preparing Marketing Collaterals - Information Memorandum (IM),
Investor Presentations etc.
* Preparing Financial Models
* Business and Enterprise Valuation
* Making presentations to investors.
* Deal Structuring and Due Diligence
* Advising on M&A activities.
* Assisting clients in partner search
