This opening is for their fabric divison which is among the largest integrated manufaturers of worsted fabrics in the world.

KRA's:
1. Essential Functions - As primary interface with the investment community (i.e. security analysts, institutional investors, retail brokers, and bond rating agencies), communicates financial/operating performance, business strategy, and future prospects.
2. Develops strategic investor communication objectives and coordinates the implementation of these objectives through participation on the Investor Relations and Shareowner Communications Committee.
3. Coordinates the collection and presentation of relevant information to assist bond-rating agencies determine an appropriate rating to apply to the company's equity and debt securities. Monitors compliance of the company's key financial ratios with established rating agency benchmarks.
4. Formulates strategy for maintaining investor demand for securities by identifying receptive target markets for the securities as well as optimal methods for reaching these markets (e.g. road show, individual meetings, direct mail).
5. Organizes presentation format, themes, and management participation in analyst meetings.
6. Advises senior management on expected investment community reaction to various strategic decisions and current market perceptions of the company.
