*Sr.Analyst/ Assistant Manager:N8*
Job Responsibilities: Works with minimal direction on day-to-day tasks,
receiving instruction from manager on unusually complex situations. Able to
handle most of close-ended projects; needs direction on more open-ended
situations. Demonstrated ability to lead projects of low or medium
complexity. Demonstrate fundamental Project Management skills such as sizing
of work effort, creating and updating project plans, and managing
expectations with peers and supervisors. Demonstrate ability to multitask
two or more competing projects.
Purpose of the role:Timely and accurate delivery on agreed upon requirements
of project plan, communicating unexpected delays. Manages day-to-day
communication with peers amongst partners.
Main day to day activities:Code, test, execute and validate multiple
projects and execute ongoing business processes. Evaluate new and existing
processes to make or modify for maximum efficiency. Create/maintain all
related project documentation. Carefully monitors the accuracy and quality
of work methods and outputs
Goals and Objectives:Timely and effective execution/delivery of multiple
business projects and ongoing business processes. Support and assist
analysts by sharing expertise.
Key relationships (internal/external customers, vendors, etc.):Established
collaborative working relationships with counterparts in US. Leverage
outside of immediate Team to answer questions and obtain assistance through
professional and collaborative engagement

in one or more of 1-5 in addition to 6 and 7:
1.Financial Analytical Process (P&L 's)
2.Business Analysis

6.Data Analytical Tools such as SAS/SQL
7.Working knowledge of CAM & other Data sources.
Non-technical knowledge, experience, and skills :
Application of core competencies and technical skills to business problems
and issues. Probes deeper into issues and problems and looks a past symptom
in day-day tasks of projects to determine their underlying root causes.
Gathers and analyzes the most critical pieces of information in order to
fully understand problems. Demonstrates sound analytical decision-making,
understanding relationship of tasks to the overall project and business
objective
Educational requirements :Post Graduate
Language requirements (including proficiency levels for speaking, reading,
and writing):Clear communication skills in English with regard to speaking,
reading and writing.
