Role:
The incumbent will be managing multiple clients and have the overall
responsibility for them. S/he will be responsible for the delivery
of service, the day to day operations, best practices and customer
as well as client satisfaction across all these accounts. In
handlings these accounts, the candidate will be responsible for
revenues worth $50 million for the organization.
Requirement
•A total of 12+ years experience with experience in BPO environment
•Experience in Order management in manufacturing area is a must
•Sales side supply chain experience would be helpful
•Good communication skills
