JOB DESCRIPTION: Managing single or multiple BCP engagements on client sites--Helpclients to plan their business continuity program; design BCPFramework, conduct BCP project activities as per project requirement,and project manage the complete engagement (if required). Would be required to demonstrate expert sound knowledge and a proventrack record delivering expert business continuity guidance tomultiple clients in a national and/or international capacity.
DESIRED PROFILE:MBA from top 10 institutes with atleast 5 yrs of experience in BCPconsulting preferably in Financial Services organization. Graduationin engineering is essential.
Experience and exposure in minimum three or more aspects of BusinessContinuity Planning Project covering:
Designing BCP Framework, policies, and procedures
Conducting Business Impact Analysis Exercise defining RTO & RPO requirements
Defining and Establishing BCP Committee, Crisis Management Teams, BCRoles & Responsibilities
Drafting Emergency Response Procedures, Evacuation Plan and CrisisManagement Plans
Designing Business Recovery Strategies and Alternative Business Continuity Plans inline with identified BCP risks and exposures
Drafting Emergency Response Procedures, Evacuation Plan and Crisis Management Plans
Designing Business Recovery Strategies and Alternative Business Continuity Plans inline with identified BCP risks and exposures
Helping client in conducting BCP Testing exercises defining TestingObjective, Roadmap, Plans and Procedures
