Essentials:
· MBA / Masters from a premier institute
· 2–10 years of experience
· Brand Mgmt/Marketing/ Sales experience in Personal Care (else FMCG)
· Ability to conduct and interpret Market Research
· Good organization /planning skills
· An eye for detail

· Creative
· Good People Management Skills
· Analytical
· Good communication
