• Manage complete employee life cycle (Employee Relations Management)
• HR Planning
• Learning & Development
• Performance Culture Building
• Employee Engagement (Reward systems, Events etc.)
• Employee Retention
• Manage HR Process Effectiveness & Statutory Compliances
