JOB DESCRIPTION:As a Senior Consultant the candidate is expected toDevelop the People Process Enhancement practice offering, take chargeof project teams and deliver to the satisfaction of the clients.To handle complete HR consulting project life cycles; from developingproposals to giving senior level presentations.The job involves providing strategic inputs for developing thepractice proposition. The profile should identify the needs of themarket and develop competencies to address them.The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Human resourcemanagement tools and should have extensive HR domain experience.
DESIRED PROFILE:MBA from a reputed institute with atleast 2-4 years in HR domain or inareas related to enhancement of people skill sets. Graduation inengineering is essential.Knowledge of PCMM, experience of its implementation in largeorganizations, Knowledge of design & implementation of Balanced HRscorecard is an added advantage.
