Responsibility includes : -
Responsible for acquisition as well as revenue targets for the landline & broadband business.
Training and development of Direct and Indirect sales team.
Driving DSL acquisitions through a network of dealers and channel partners.
Management and Collection of First and Second bills todrive bill defaults below 3% of total billers.
Develop processes and setting quality parameters, ensuring process compliance, reducing installation time, controlling complaint redressal (CMS) and Prospect Management System (PMS), ensuring smooth CAF (Customer Agreement form) processing cycle and driving other non financial parameters against benchmarks.
Driving revenue enhancement activities (Farming) to decrease Zero pulsing below 2%.
Effective relationship management including bill explanations and complaint handling through a teamof customer relationship officers.
Providing market projections, developing and verifying network plan, ensuring timely network roll out, ensuring adequate network utilization so as to achieve budgeted target.
Planning and implementation of promotional schedules through banners, glow signs, local dailies and electronicmedia.
Driving IP TV sales in the pilot testing phase
