Looking for people with FMCG/brand/consumer industry
experience who may be interested in working on
consulting projects on a project-by-project basis (IE,
as contractors) .
The immediate need is for a project that could kick
off in 2-3 weeks.
Candidate Profile:
5+ years experience working for or consulting to
FMCG/brand/consumer industry firms, or in advertising
for similar clients/issues
Functions: Brand management/marketin g (including
consumer insights and competitor research areas),
strategy, sales, operations
High-performers (prefer top B school and/or
engineering school)
India market experience (not global markets)
Likely Assignment:
Working on 8-16 week projects for firm - could lead to
longer-term engagement or full-time employment if
mutual interest exists. Work could be full-time or
part-time for duration of project, per candidate
availability and project needs.
Clients would be top MNC or Indian FMCG companies
Issues would relate to market entry, distribution
strategy, M&A, competitor and consumer environment
Key activities would be strategy development, research
(interviews of industry personnel), and
quantitative/ financial analysis
Compensation would be competitive and at contractor
rates
