Job responsibilities: -
1)Generating business opportunity ideas
2)Regular client coverage as part of a business development function
3)Seeking relevant financial solutions and selling the concept
effectively
4)Ensuring that collateral, deliverables and process are executed in
committed timelines.
5)Project management / driving sales and follow up processes with
multiple investors.
6)Oversight of engagement documents and collateral – for quality /
accuracy and relevance.
7) Negotiating support on term sheets / reviewing agreements /
advisory.
Experience in working on Equity Capital Markets/ PE / M&A advisory
engagements/ , as well as business development
Knowledge - product & market side
Effective Client Engagement
Project Management
Strong oral and written communication
