About YES Food & Agribusiness India Fund
The YES Food & Agribusiness India Fund is a $100 million private equity fund
targeting investment opportunities in the Indian Food & Agribusiness sector.
The Fund will invest across segments in the Agri and food chain from farm
inputs to food retailing. The Indian food and agribusiness sector is poised
for rapid growth over the next few years, on the back of favourable demand
trends and emergence of organised retail The Fund will be established by YES
BANK and will be managed by a five member team, based in New Delhi/Mumbai.

Position: Associate Director - Investment Specialist
Age bracket: 28 – 32 yrs.
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer, Yes Food and Agribusiness India Fund
Objective: Develop and implement investment strategy of the Yes Food and
Agribusiness India Fund
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial analysis of investment opportunities, valuation
- Participate, jointly with team in deal structuring
- Active role in negotiations with potential investee companies
- Post-investment monitoring of financial performance of investee companies
Essential competencies:
- Expertise in financial analysis and valuation
- Experience in structuring of private equity deals/structuring of M&A
transactions
Qualifications and relevant experience:
- Rank holder CA / MBA (from premier B-Schools) with Engg. Background
prefered.
- Work experience of 7 years+ in investment banking, of which 3 years or
more in private equity
