We have openings for Assistant Manager in Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting with one of the Big-4 Consulting Companies in Hyderabad.

We are looking for Assistant Manager for Healthcare & Life Sciences division of the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Service Line in the Big-4 Consulting company. S&O is their niche Consulting division serving the Fortune 500 clients in the US. The qualifications expected and a brief of responsibilities for it is as follows:

Overview :

As a consultant, you will work on client engagements ranging from corporate strategy, new market entry, growth and innovation, supply chain and operational performance. Projects can be in industries sub segments e.g life sciences (pharma, biotech, distributors etc.), health insurers and providers (hospitals etc.)

On an execution basis work will involve conducting fact-based research, by gathering, organizing and synthesizing information to develop key insights. Conduct complex financial and business analysis to contribute to client recommendations. You will contribute to the development and refinement of hypotheses and create client recommendations. Typical work threads you would be expected to develop and manage may include: Client current profitability, analyzing the market and understanding the trends, benchmarking competitor's operations, developing and recommending cost saving opportunities and creating recommendations for revenue enhancement. You will be critical to integrating US and India teams at the client engagement level.

In the medium to long term, this role will position you for a management role in our India operations or a consulting position in our US practice.

Responsibilities :

• Independently handle projects, interact with clients and manage delivery team
• Structure and story-board the deliverables
• Gather information through research and conduct analysis
• Derive insights through research and develop client recommendations
• Contribute to client communications and develop key messages
• Review analyst work for relevance and quality

Qualifications:

• Total of two plus years of experience (Healthcare experience will be added advantage but is not mandatory)
• One plus years of experience in strategy consulting would be preferable
• Demonstrated track record of creating high quality analysis
• High energy individuals with ability to deal with ambiguity
• Superior analytical/problem-solving and communication (both written and oral) skills
• MBA from reputable school
• Exposure to US would be a plus
