Vice President - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
Total experience: 10-15 years
Education: MBA HR (Regular) from a Premier B-School only. TISS, XLRI, SIBM, FMS etc.
Location: Mumbai
Role
The incumbent will be partnering with Sr. business leaders(HR) & executive line leaders within the business segment(s) to develop appropriate change management and people development strategies to drive business performance, increase organization productivity, and enhance company performance. Will have to apply organizational development principles, methods and tools to provide a broad range of customized business solutions designed to support business, team and leadership strategies across the segment.
Will be responsible for the overall management of the training department and hiring, supervision and training of personnel within the training department. The training part of the job includes responsibility for the identification, delivery and follow-up of employee, management and leadership development programmes.
Experience & Skill sets Required
The incumbent should be working as a Director/ Vice President/ Head of Learning & Development for at least 1 year in a leading MNC
Should have experience of at least 4 - 7 years in Learning & Development.
Should have good understanding & practical experience in applied OD & change mgmt principles, methods and tools
Should have at least 7 - 10 years of experience in US/ UK or any European Multinational company.
Should be technically sound(good command of Microsoft office applications with emphasis on PowerPoint and Word.)
Should have strong understanding of regulatory and clinical research guidelines and processes.
Should have business and financial acumen, with exp in measurement, data analysis and interpretation
Should be strong in designing & implementing of practical business solutions.
Ability to build relationship and influence people at all levels within the organisation
Excellent communication & people mgmt skills
Good consulting skills, Good in assessment.
