Educational qualification: MBA regular (Only from Premier B-School) From IIM/ XLRI/ IIFT etc... / Master's in Econometrics, Marketing, Operations Research, Stats or other quantitative analysis field.

Responsibilities
The incumbent will be based out of US. Will have to contribute to the growth of the Analytics business by executing the initial few milestones for any customer engagement in the Retail/CPG Analytics domain.
The incumbent will have to develop Analytics services/ competencies for Retail/CPG Vertical - leverage existing capabilities to deploy effective analytic solutions .
Needs to establish project & product capabilities that are vertical specific to Retail/CPG Eg - Market Mix Modeling
Work effectively with global operating teams to communicate and drive customer needs for Analytics
Provide SME expertise on analytics in enterprise deals
Work with RFI/RFP team to develop customer proposals to realize customer needs while maintaining profitability
Effectively understand customer operations / customer CTQs & work with a global delivery team to drive CTQs/ critical specs. into product roadmaps and services.
Be a key intermediary between the service delivery team and the customer
Balance multiple deals to meet the growth challenge ( since analytics deals are typically low volume, high margin with shorter cycle times)
Desired Skill sets.
The incumbent should be working as Assistant Vice President - Solutioning/ Analytics in a leading US MNC for at least 1 year.
Should have good understanding of US Market with experience in Retail CPG, delivered analytics.
Strong knowledge of US Analytics and Market Research in CPG / Pharma space.
At least 5-7 years experience in applied analytics in Retail/CPG
At least 5 years experience in client servicing to large accounts/customers
Should have extensive analytics technical expertise with experience in developing and architecting analytic solutions
Strategic consulting expertise / built practice at a large consulting firm
Global experience / mindset
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to influence clients, customers and multiple internal stakeholders
Ability to find value added solutions for customers
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Must be results oriented
Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Should be willing to travel upto 50%
Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills
