player in Retail, Wealth and Institutional financial services
space.
Religare retail financial services play is through its strong
network of more than 300 own office and 600 partner locations
covering more than 325 cities in India. In retail space Religare
provides equity and commodities trading, mutual fund distribution,
life and non life insurance distribution and other investment
services to more than 3 lacs clients across the country.
Religare wealth services spectrum is targeted to the high network
individuals and it operates from 8 select locations of the country.
Religare Wealth Services include unique Wealth Advisory Services,
Portfolio Management Services, Art Advisory Services, International
Equity Investment Advisory and Priority Equity Client Services.
Religare Institutional Services include Institutional Broking
Service, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Apart from
respective relationship and execution team for each of institutional
services Religare has a unique Corporate Account Management team
which works as point connect with various group of Religare with the
corporate world.
Religare is now entering to fast expending life insurance market in
joint venture partnership with Aegon, it is also entering into the
mutual fund business on equal partnership basis also with Aegon.
Position – VP / Sr. VP / Executive VP (Execution)
Location: Mumbai, India
Position Overview Sales in connection to Institutional investors
for IPO and FPO and placements for QIP
Responsibilities for the Role
He/ She will be in charge for interaction and relationship with
Institutional Investors, domestic and International for selling/
making pitches/ marketing of / placing of IPO/FPO and QIP placements
handled by for primary market.
Competencies:
Good relationship building with Institutions. Knowledge of their
requirements, market pulse and ability to get across and make a
sales pitch
Required Qualifications: CA/ CFA/ MBA
Work experience 2- 6 yrs
