This will be a HR Generalist role encompassing recruitment, Compensation &
benefits, performance management and appraisal, induction etc. This position
reports in to the HR Head and will be a part of a 2 member HR team and hence
the exposure will be across functions in HR. The person should be high on
initiative and comfortable in working independently.
Specs:
* 3-5 years experience post MBA-HR (2 year Full Time)
* Experience in Comp and Ben important
* Should have handled a generalist role at some point in career
