Skills & Competence Required:
• Strong and well rounded business and macro economic understanding
• Experience in industry studies, strategy formulation, business plan development, statistical & financial modeling, valuation, etc.
• Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem solving approach
• High level of strategic and creative thinking
• Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point
• Strong written and communication skills
Education Background & Work Experience:
Engineer/ CA/ Finance Background from premier institutions and MBA from one of the leading Indian or International B Schools
2-8 years of experience in front line management consulting firms, equity research firm or investment bank an advantage
