various assignments in L&T Group Companies including:
- Developing Perspective/ Business Plan and Identifying Strategic Initiatives
- Studying feasibility of new opportunities/ businesses
- Supporting Implementation of Initiatives
- Supporting / Driving Change Management Initiatives
- Conducting Operations Diagnostic, Identifying Improvement Opportunities and Driving Implementation
Education: Engineer + MBA
Work Experience
Experience of 2-4 years in an engineering /manufacturing domain such as Strategic Planning, Design, Construction, Engineering services, Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, etc.
OR
Experience of 2-4 years in consulting assignments (in-house or external) in strategy /operations
Other Key Requirement
- Ability to conceptualise and define problem set
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Ability to interact /coordinate with different disciplines and levels of management
- Self starter
- Integrity
