Position –Sr.Manager- VAS
Place of Posting: Bhubaneswar
Reporting to: Head - Marketing
Package : 10-13 lacs
Objective: To develop manage and implement Programmes in Postpaid and VAS marketing function in order to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibility:
To define, develop and implement programs to enhance VAS revenue
To define, develop and implement product launches, programs and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
To ensure that every product launch is first time and every time right.
To ensure high level of customer satisfaction with all products promotions developed.
To conceptualize new ideas for revenue enhancement and retention, VAS penetration and usage for delivery of the same .
To design, develop and implement absolutely new revenue streams.
To develop and implement programs to retain customers intending to churn, by predictive churn module.
To continuously innovate in terms of new concepts and products.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with MBA(Premium institute)
Preferably or BE with MBA.
Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years.
Behavioural Competencies: Smart, Analytical and Managerial Skills essential
