Position: Cluster Sales Head/ Sales Head – Business Banking
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Business banking Sales Team for the cluster and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
2. Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA, Trade and FX products.
3. Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams
Skills and Experience
The Candidate should be from a good institute with about 3 to 7 years of experience in sales functions of liability products / business banking/ Financial services.
Strong people management skills with an ability to lead from the front to drive volumes, revenues and multi product penetration. A good understanding / knowledge of Banking Products and Services
