* Company Background research
* Financial Modeling and Valuations
* Presentation/ Report Making
* Deal Structuring
* Deal flow Monitoring
* Data Collection & Analysis
* Market Research
Experience and Skill Requirements:
* 1-3 yrs post MBA experience, minimum 1 year in Private Equity (Experience in sectors like Infrastructure and Retail would be preferred)
* Strong Quantitative and Financial Modeling skills
* Good in communication and taking initiative
* A good team player
Compensation: Negotiable, not a constraint for the right person
