*Position*: DuPont Corporate Marketing & Sales Consultant

*Primary Function: *Corporate Marketinng & Sales Management

*Report To*: DuPont India Marketing & Sales Leader

Position Description:

The Corporate Marketing & Sales Consultant will be a key member of the India
CMS team delivering marketing & sales transformation program across an SBU.
He or she will ensure success by owning a specific project and managing
informal and formal teams to deliver set objectives. A critical requirement
will be working closely with external consultants and market research
agencies, SBU resources and the corporate marketing & sales team and
executing projects in various DuPont businesses in India. For each of these
projects he will need to provide clear deliverables, program resources,
budgets, change management plan and risk mitigation plans as required. In
addition to this he will be required to work on program methodology & tool
development and organizational competency improvement.

*Major Responsibilities: *

- Delivers the marketing & sales effectiveness transformation project
for various DuPont India businesses
- Works closely with leadership, functional managers and other SBU
project teams (no external clients)
- Methodology and tool creation and integration for project execution
- Works to share experience and knowledge with other CMS team members
and businesses
- Identify projects that can result in significant top line and bottom
line growth in India.
- Assist businesses in strategic planning, especially in evaluation of
new business opportunities.
- Ability to drive projects through people over whom there is no
direct executive control.
- Twenty-five to fifty percent travel required

*Minimum Requirements: *

- B.E./ B.Tech. from a leading engineering college (preferably an IIT)
- MBA from a leading management institute.(preferab ly an IIM)
- 5 years experience of which at least 2 years should be in a leading
consultancy
- Expertise in data analysis
- Good understanding of financial concepts and accounting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals
all levels in an organization
- Meeting / Workshop design and facilitation experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience in modeling & presenting of
business scenarios using MS-Office based applications
- Base Office location in Gurgaon

*Preferred Requirements: *

- Six sigma Black belt certified
- Consulting experience in projects around channel, distribution,
sales force, market assessments and entry, customer segmentation, value
proposition development, industry assessment, balanced scorecard and
benchmarking
- 6 years experience of which at least 3 years should be in a leading
consultancy
