The professional should: -
* Preferably be an MBA with 10-15 years of experience in IT Software Product Sales / IT Software Solution Sales / Alliance or Engagement Management preferably in Leading IT Software Product / Services MNC.
* Have managed relationships with large enterprise customers for atleast 4 years.
* Have the ability to understand customer business issues and position appropriate solutions to solve business plan
* Have displayed exemplary customer handling skills.
* Have excellent Relationship Building & Management skills.
* Have good Understanding of markets, customers and competitive products.
Job Responsibilities: -
The Professional will be handling a large multi million dollar Global Account and will be responsible for:
* Engagement profitability, growth and customer satisfaction by structuring and managing deals
* Stakeholder Expectation Management by establishing clear lines of communications between customer, partner and stakeholders for each engagement, and proactively managing the expectations of those stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
