Cognizant Lifesciences vertical is hiring SBAs/Consultants in Mumbai/Pune. The openings are immediate and interviews can be arranged within 1-2 business days.
Who qualifies:
MBAs with work experience (pre or post MBA) in either IT (any domain)/IT sales/Healthcare or Pharma (Any function).
This would also include consumer healthcare.
The Role:
Pre-sales predominantly- responding to RFPs. Also involves integrating with the Technology Consulting team and developing and designing solutions for the clients.
Typical Growth Path:
You get inducted and work on RFPs for the first 6-7 months after which you should be going onsite for requirements gathering etc. for a brief period of 3-4 months. Thus you get aligned with one client. After you come back you work with the onsite team (Account Manager/Client Partner) for the client. This should be for another 2-3 months. Post
this phase, you would be going onsite for a long term of 12 months atleast as a Business Analyst. Post this stint you get a hit at becoming an Account Manager for an account/geography. During the Business Analyst stint, you would also be frontlining with the Account Manager in getting client business.
Place of posting :
Mumbai/Pune. These roles are NOT based in Chennai (although anyone with a preference for Chennai will also be considered on an equivalent basis).
