Qualification/ Experience:
* MBA from a Good B School
* Minimum 6 years in HR Consulting Practice with good Business Acumen Skills.
Location: Mumbai (the incumbents should be willing to relocate)
Reports to: Partner/ Managing Partner-India
KRA's:
* Will be responsible for P & L
* Good Relationship Management.
* Client Retention.
* Should have had exposure to business expansion plans
* Good leadership skills, people management.
