We have been retained by an MNC Client of ours to recruit professionals for their HR Consulting Practice. The Practice includes consulting in areas such as HR Policy Design, Compensation and Benefits benchmarking, HR best practices benchmarking, change enablement and management, OD initiatives and other areas critical to a dynamic HR function.
Location: Metros such as Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The choice will depend upon the candidate.
Compensation: Industry benchmark
Candidate Experience: We are seeking candidates with a hands on experience in different HR functions within the Consulting or other sectors. This experience should have been acquired in working within a Large Indian Company or MNC Environment.
We are seeking candidates from premier business schools such as XLRI, IIM's etc with an experience ranging from 4 to 15 years.
