Job Role :
Candidates Profile: Candidates Should have worked with 3-5 years experience with a real estate Fund.
Identification of profitable investment opportunities and investment management in public and private equity arena
Maintaining close relationships with companies and investment bankers for deal sourcing
Investments in infrastructure and real estate
· Financial Analysis and Financial structuring
· Sourcing real estate related investment opportunities across the country
· Managing and coordinating deal acquisitions
· Strategic planning for the real estate portfolio
Deal origination, due diligence and investment
