Designation: Team Lead-EPD Platform Sales
Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for proposing and designing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical process requirements Responsible for process implementation for large accounts and ensure process compliance Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues Ensure that service delivery takes place based on the Service level agreements Provide technical consultation to the customers and keep them updated with the current technological advancements Ensure that quality is used as a tool to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met. Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained Responsible for generating Installation analysis report and other such documents Establish and enhance relationship with customers/clients and Principals

•Should be a Team Player with very good Interpersonal Skills.
•Should be open to Learn & Stretch.
•Should have the flair to understand Technology and keep abreast with the changes in them.

•Should have good knowledge on any of the RISC Server (IBM/HP/SUN) or related Products.

•Should have Handled large Accounts (Enterprise) .
•Should be open to changes.
•Should have architected Solution for large accounts like Bank, Manufacturing, etc.
•Should have a good presence on the field.
•Should have the skills of hunting new accounts.
•Should have Good Communication Skills
