Roles and responsibilities:
You will perform an HR Advisor role and participate in a gamut of HR
functions like the recruitment process, performance appraisal,
employee developmental initiatives and employee communication.
You should also have the ability to manage complex team situations,
effectively handle employee relations and managing diversity in
keeping with evolving work ethics and dynamic market scenarios.
You will also be involved in formulating and implementing employee
motivational programs, managing employee relations and introducing
innovative HR practices across the organization.
Desired Candidate Experience
Experience in the I.T. Products / services sector & exposure to a
Generalist profile would be an ideal situation.
12+ years of relevant experience.
Required
Facilitation skills, High conceptual understanding, excellent
interpersonal- communications skills.
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with ability to build strong
working relationships with both management and employees.
Must possess the ability to work in teams and enthusiasm to perform
in an environment which requires constant learning.
