A leading,MNC Consulting firm, is looking out for Principal Consultant(Sr Manager / AVP / Head Level) in the Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) division.
Reporting to:Project Director
Location: Kolkata
Will work in areas of:
Talent Management,Leadersh ip development, Organization structuring, OD initiatives, Assessment Centers etc
Develop and deliver business, new solution and market.
Plan the project, including key steps, timelines and responsibilities.
Team Management
Help the team understand the client needs and define the most appropriate approach, and the project deliverables.
Qualification & Skillsets:
MBA with 7-9years experience(Preferab ly from HR Consulting / Business consulting firms) or from the industry, where individuals has set up functions / processes & have significantly contributed to the business from the revenue point of view
