Ideal Candidate should be an MBA with 15+ years of experience andmust have experience in setting up operations. He will be responsiblefor overall business/profit centre management function-
Job Profile
Will be responsible for development of the operation from the verybeginning with key focus on hiring, collaboration, organizationalplanning (roles and responsibilities, career growth etc), bizplanning, financial planning, development of operations systems &processes, development of supply chain and management. In addition tothis you shall also head and be responsible for achieving Volume,Value Targets & contribute to overall gross profitability.
Thefunctions COO is going to head are:
Overall Business Planning,
Providing leadership & drive the business.
Marketing / Business Development
Brand building exercisefor facilitation of placement of the students,
Franchising inIndia as well as out of India into neighboring countries
Finance, Accounts & General Administration
