You will lead one of our new business ventures in the area of Food Retail, which is small today but has all the fundamentals to grow into a nation-wide (even-international ) operation in 3 years. Your current team size will be about 10 people who are the staff of the business. The venture has been operational for a few months, and we are looking for a confident and motivated person who can take the lead and grow it – while receiving necessary support from 7Avenues Executive Team. As far as I know, there are very few career opportunities like this one out there. This role needs an entrepreneurial mindset. The top responsibilities include:
(a) Improve Sales by increasing awareness of the business in the respective city. You will work with a small but sufficient budget. Meet vendors and customers for building brand and relationships.
(b) Motivate the staff to give their best in operation and customer service (they will have lesser education and compensation than you – but are key to our success)
(c) Develop a customer loyalty programme, with help from executive management, to ensure that our top customers also help us in sales indirectly.
