Position: CFO (Chief Finance Officer)
Job Description
The person will be part of the executive team responsible for managing
FB's finances. He or she will be in charge of controlling FBs equity and
earnings, and will manage the financial projects required so that
business goals can be met. Much more than a standard CFO, he or she will
be driven by business goals and be instrumental in shaping the direction
of the company. This position is responsible for all financial
management infrastructures as well as the oversight of the accounting,
risk management, and information systems, forecasting, budgeting, and
strategic accounting of the business.
Location: Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities
* Model the company under various scenarios to get the most
effective use of investments
* Establish a robust accounting framework for the organization.
* Identify and implement appropriate accounting systems in
conjunction with the IT and operations, and the parent group.
* Ensure production of timely and accurate financial and
management information.
* Responsible for annual budgetary process and ongoing monitoring.
* Liaison with investors and lead subsequent rounds of fundraising

Reporting
This person will report to the CEO
Experience
The successful candidate will have 10+ years in accounting, finance, and
MIS experience with increasing responsibilities in corporate accounting.
Previous startup experience and knowledge of SAP/R3 preferred.
