Educational Qualifications: MBA preferably from a premier institute
Job Objective:
To conceive, plan and implement products in line with the vision &
mission of the company and also to devise the marketing strategy for
the same.
Job Responsibility:
- To define the products, supported by relevant market research and
competitive analysis.
- To create the long term financial projection for the products.
- To plan a marketing strategy & competitive positioning for the product.
Identify and develop technology and other alliances for development of
the product.
- Take and use inputs from business, management, creative, technology,
content acquisition teams for effective and business relevant product
development.
- To ensure complete support for effective sale and deployment of
product.
- To maintain the product through its entire life cycle.
- Innovate constantly to deliver the best consumer experience.
- Ensure constant and continuous product evolution and enhanced value
proposition to customers.
- To monitor the performance of the product as per the strategic plan.
- To provide regular and timely reports for MIS to enable management
to track and analyze performance.
- To co-ordinate with internal team managers for effective product
development, planning & deployment.
- To work with operations and content acquisition teams to ensure that
the creation/aggregatio n & deployment is as per business optimal
timelines.
- To ensure free and effective flow of communication between the
product team and various other internal teams.
- To mentor and coach team members if any
- To provide growth opportunities to subordinates
Desired Profile:
- MBA
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Good understanding of Telecom & Media VAS space.
- Should have product management background, VAS knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
