The role involves :
• Initiate ,set-up and grow the Technology Vertical
• Research, screening and due diligence of prospective Venture Capital fund investments as well as the monitoring and ongoing analysis of those investments.
• Preparation of pitch books for new business development before prospective clients for getting new business mandates
• Engage in evaluation of business plans & financial statements
• Creating financial models, conducting valuations
• Participating in the due diligence process
• Working with the teams of co-lead managers, auditors, lawyers ensuring the due compliance with the legal & regulatory requirements
• Ability & enthusiasm to learn and adapt to the new developments of technology , with constant updation.
• Writing research reports and client presentations
