The key Responsibilities will include
1. Business Analysis & Domain support:
* Engagement dependent business analysis activities like requirements
comprehension, preparing functional specifications, validating
functional scope etc
* Providing Thought leadership through participation as speakers in
industry events
2. Pre-sales & Solutioning
3. Marketing & Offering Management:
* Identifying business trends in the Industry to lead new offering
definitions and preparation of customer/market facing story lines
4. Additional activities will include a direct contribution to
strategy definition & building and retaining the domain knowledge base
in the organization, etc

growing practice and provide growth potential to move into senior
specialist / functional/consulti ng positions or customer facing account
management, sales and pre-sales positions
Required Profile:
Qualifications / Experience
* 3-10 years of work experience (varied roles) in IT/Consulting
industry with focus in the Insurance domain or Insurance industry with
exposure to IT systems/sales
* Post Graduate Qualification in Management / Business Administration
from a premier institute
* Ability to understand complex business processes, technology and
products and the benefit they can bring
* Ability to apply domain knowledge, along with creativity, to drive
innovative solutions and effective service deliveries
* Willingness to travel to overseas locations for short/long
durations.
