Vice President - Large Corporates

The client profile includes many leading private and public sector companies across diversified sectors. Responsibilities
1) to achieve revenue targets, source new to bank facility customers from the Large Corporates segment in the region, and to develop and manage these relationships.

2) To manage the credit risk associated with these facilities and will therefore be required to submit high quality credit proposals and credit reviews on a timely basis.
3) Acquisition of new to bank relationships for Ahmedabad and the rest of Gujarat in addition to managing the existing relationships
The successful candidate for this role will need to possess the following skills and experience:


The job requires well-developed sales and relationship management skills. In order to acquire new facility customers/increase wallet share of existing customers in a very competitive environment, an aggressive sales focus combined with strong inter personal communication and influencing skills is essential.


The jobholder will be responsible for delivering client revenues from a range of products including PCM, HTV, Treasury and Factoring. Substantial product knowledge in these areas is therefore a very important attribute and prior experience in a relationship management role in corporate banking is essential.


Credit analysis will be based on information obtained from the customer (financials, business plans, etc) as well as that available in the public domain (research/industry reports etc). An analytical approach and an insight into the general business environment are also important.
