at a fast pace.
Role:
The successful candidate will be part of the Global Sales team and
will be responsible for Manufacturing & Utilities vertical across UK
and Europe.
The successful candidate will be required to manage existing accounts
- Build and manage relationships at different levels within
client organization
- Maximize revenue by pitching right capabilities service
offerings
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth delivery of
services
- Negotiate contracts
The candidate will have revenue targets for the account.
Requirement
• Should have experience in large account management, account
mapping and relationship management.
• Should have 3-5 years of experience in engagement manager
role with a BPO / IT company.
• Should have experience in contract negotiations with large
accounts.
• Understanding of manufacturing and utilities domain.
