Client : The world's largest professional services organisation has over
1,500 staff in the Middle East
Its Advisory practices provide innovative business services across a range
of industries.
The company has vacancies for HR Consultants with 4-6 years of relevant HR
experience gained in large organisations or consulting firms. The position
will be based in Abu Dhabi.
The successful applicant will have the following:
· MBA from premier institutes ( XLRI/TISS/SIBM/ SCMHRD); 2000-2002
batches
· Solid / Good experience in human resource management, organisation
design, performance management, and/or compensation and benefits;
· Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
· Experience in report writing;
· Good numerical and analytical skills;
· Good relationship building and networking skills.
In addition the candidate should be able to demonstrate the following
competencies:
a.. self starter, ability to take initiative
b.. focussed and should be able to handle more than one activity at a time
c.. comfortable with ambiguity - not a straight line mind set
