Job Description

-Facilitate in developing & implementing business strategy, working directly
with the VPs office.
-Analyze business & market trends, and identify new ideas for business
growth for increasing Corporate Value.
-Ensure flow of business information in a seamless manner from all parts of
the organization .
-Provide decision support to the VP by conducting research and analysis
-Interact with key Function Heads to develop dashboards highlighting Key
Performance Metrics
-Analyze Corporate Performance and recommend options and execution plans for
improvement
-Ensure proper alignments of grass-roots initiatives with corporate
objectives through dissemination of VP's vision Businesses
-Support key initiatives, both internal and external, by undertaking
feasibility studies for new ventures and cross-functional programmes

-MBA preferably from a premier institute (ISB, IIMs, XLRI, etc.) with high
CGPA and specialization in Finance, Marketing or Strategy.
-8 - 12 years experience in Consulting, Financial Services, FMCG or IT
