Assistant Vice President - Operations / Manager Operations

Total experience: 9 - 15 years
Educational Qualification: MBA (From Premier B-Schoool Only) - IIM/ XLRI/ SIBM/ MDI/FMS/ IIFT/ NARSEE MONJEE etc.
Industry Preference: BPO
Location : Gurgaon

Generic responsibilities
* Understand the different areas of operations within the organisation and propagate the values of the company

* Responsible for achievement of the financial targets for the cost centre

* Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach team leaders/ process leaders to meet departmental SLA's.

* Effectively implement rewards/recognition , appraisal & incentive programs

* Effective liaison with various departments within the organisation to gain support and resolve issues

* Identify and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency

* Lead quality and productivity initiatives

* Enforce adherence to security and data protection within the organisation.

* Facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency

* Expand scope of operations to add value to the customer.

Relationship building
* Build strong partnership with customer service dept. and anticipate requirements and deliver accordingly.

* Ensure operational cohesion and build an effective foundation for future growth

* Co-ordination with clients & other teams to dynamically balance transaction volumes.

* Proactively identify problems and presenting solutions

Training based responsibilities
* Overseeing Pipeline and individual queue management.

* Overseeing quality audits.

* Ensuring compliance to internal and external regulations and procedures.

Desired Skill Sets
The incumbent should be working as Sr. Manager Ops / Assistant Vice President Ops for at least 1 year in a leading BPO.
Should have good experience in Sales, Customer service, Up-selling process.
Must have some experience in supervising international experience will be preferred
Must have experience in leading Big Teams.
Must have good relationship mgmt skills
Should be smart and Innovative.
Excellent Communication Skills
Good analytical skills.
